Here is a classic example of how excellent customer service can take your product to the next level. Received a very warm welcome and recommendation from the cashier and it was spot on. Exactly what I need and how I explained. Very friendly and charming, he even said he looks forward to seeing my review on google maps! Give this place a try if you are in Masjid Nabawi area, you won’t regret.

The coffee is surreal. I tried the infamous spanish latte and I can notice that they use a specialty quality beans. The coffee is strong but clean with low aftertaste. I pair it with 7 days bread and oh it’s otherworldly good. Sit on the bench just outside the shop. We also try the hot chocolate and it is nice and thick.

If you want specialty coffee, Kiffa Coffee Shop is definitely the best place for you. I always judge shops by either their cortado or flat white - the cortado was definitely a winner here. I’ll keep coming back here for the remainder of my journey. It would however be nice to have some chairs or a lounge area to sit in. This is mostly takeaway, but still, very nice for its intended purpose! Most def a recommendation from me

Top-notch coffee. I ordered a Flat White, which was smooth and silky with pleasant tastenote and a great aftertaste. It’s the perfect spot for coffee after Subuh prayer, especially since it's located near Masjid Al-Nabawi.

I tried the Spanish iced latte from Kiffa in Medina, and although I expected it to taste like those from other cafés, the first sip completely surprised me. The flavor was amazing an easy 10/10. I’m from Ireland, and I’ve tried to find a latte with the same taste but no place comes close. Ever since that day, I’ve been craving it
